Stretch Yoga

I found my Stretch Yoga (title) DVD while looking for something else in a cupboard. No excuse now to keep from getting all bendy and limber.

hmmm, i just bought a great one on ebay. problem is, it's addictive! if i don't do it for a day or two, i start feeling all stiff and cooped up, then i start thinking 'is this how i felt before i started doing yoga again?'...
